ABOUT ME...

Having worked in an office-based environment for most of my working life, I made the decision in 2019 to retrain and pursue a career in holistic therapies. I’m a fully qualified Reflexologist (educated to Diploma Level 3) and a full Member of the Association of Reflexologists. I specialise in Advanced Bergman Method Facial Reflexology, Facial Cupping, the amazing Zone Face Lift holistic facial, Foot Reflexology, Hot Stones Massage, Aromatherapeutic Massage and Indian Head Massage.

I believe that taking care of both your mind and your body is essential for your overall wellbeing; complementary therapies are a wonderful way to take time out to relieve stress, balance the self and steady the mind.
